Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about delivering complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment? We at Sigma Software are looking for a Middle/Senior Project Manager to join our Stellar AdTech Competence Center in São Paulo, Brazil.

Customer

Our customer is a leading international AdTech company specializing in modern, data-driven, and privacy-safe advertising solutions. Operating at scale, they deliver high-load systems leveraging AWS and advanced data technologies, empowering advertisers and publishers worldwide while ensuring compliance with global privacy standards.

Project

The project focuses on developing scalable, high-load systems for an international AdTech client. The team works with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern data technologies to deliver innovative advertising solutions. Collaboration is key, with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, and customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Scrum Master for cross-functional engineering teams
  • Minimum 3 years in technology-focused project management
  • Excellent organizational skills for complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong sense of ownership and process improvement mindset
  • Deep knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques
  • Solid experience with technical requirements management
  • Expert-level proficiency in JIRA/Confluence configuration
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

  • Experience leading data engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, ensuring proper Agile practices
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, health checks, workshops
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop project plans, resource allocation, and budget needs
  • Establish and mature project management practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships
  • Coordinate and deliver technical projects across multiple teams
  • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Create and maintain transparent documentation and reports
  • Manage project execution, deliver on time and within budget
  • Conduct project risk analysis and communicate risks effectively
  • Manage team resources, hiring, onboarding, and professional growth
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Competence Center
  • Contribute to PMO and PM training initiatives
  • Apply lessons learned to improve project lifecycle
