We are looking for a proficient and passionate Marketing Technologist with expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and email development to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Technologist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated, data-driven marketing campaigns and reusable CRM components.

You will join a team that is working on a customer-related platform for a client who has a leading marketplace specializing in pet products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, etc.)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience producing automated, data-driven campaigns, including HTML/CSS email coding from planning to deployment
  • Expert-level HTML/CSS knowledge, especially modular codebase design
  • Experience with templating and personalization languages (Liquid, AMPScript, JavaScript)
  • Understanding of responsive/adaptive email design and media queries
  • Experience working with APIs and SQL
  • Ability to create and maintain CRM marketing component libraries (drag-and-drop modules, evergreen components)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, VSCode, or Dreamweaver
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and other legal regulations
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

 

Would be a plus

  • Experience building highly personalized campaigns using advanced segmentation
  • Understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
  • Experience in incident investigations and preparing COE/AAI reports
  • Understanding of relational data architecture concepts

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CRM drag-and-drop module libraries and evergreen components
  • Maintain documentation related to marketing assets and components
  • Write, extend, and debug code within the scope of team tools and services
  • Ensure components align with the latest brand guidelines and best practices
  • Collaborate with the CRM Engineering Team to standardize tags, metadata, and personalization strategies
  • Train and support CRM marketers on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with marketing solution
  • Participate in the team’s on-call rotation
  • Execute special projects as assigned
