We are looking for a Compliance Department Coordinator to drive and support organizational changes across the company.

In this role, you’ll help shape processes, ensure alignment with standards and regulations, and act as a key link between teams to make compliance a natural part of how we work.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel and WordStrong organizational skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Ability to write concise and clear messages

 

Would be a plus

  • Experience working in the IT industry
  • Understanding of ISO 9001
  • Understanding KPIs and measurements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports based on quality performance data
  • Maintain accurate records of key process results
  • Review recorded action items, communicate with their owners to get them closed
  • Attend and coordinate meetings, create meeting minutes
  • Proofread and review documents in English
