Requirements

  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office coordination, project coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in office and project management tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Jira, Trello, or similar tools)
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across various teams

Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and manage documentation, including reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and office records
  • Coordinate events and other administrative functions.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues in both office and project settings, escalating them when necessary
  • Support the team in administrative tasks and decision-making processes
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and standards across office and project activities
