Requirements
- Advanced English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office coordination, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in office and project management tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Jira, Trello, or similar tools)
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Prepare and manage documentation, including reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and office records
- Coordinate events and other administrative functions.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues in both office and project settings, escalating them when necessary
- Support the team in administrative tasks and decision-making processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and standards across office and project activities
