We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in our office. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain a comfortable work environment, and support our employees and visitors.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Creative mindset with ability to suggest improvements
  • Strong Intermediate English level

Responsibilities

  • Organize office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies
  • Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
  • Manage office budget and ensure accurate reporting
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in onboarding process for new hires
  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues
  • Liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, and conferences
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for colleagues and clients
  • Provide reports on travel expenses and recommendations for cost reduction
  • Maintain database of frequent travelers and preferred suppliers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
