  • At least 3+ years of commercial experience in Project or Account Management
  • At least 2 years of AWS Partnership Coordination
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
  • Strong risk management skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of AWS
  • Advanced understanding of corporate environment and objectives and ability to propose solutions for their achievement
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English


Would be a plus

  • AWS Certification
  • Commercial experience in account management
  • Experience in developing business opportunities
  • Participation in business events experience (conferences, business negotiations, steering meetings, seminars, workshops, sales events, etc.)
  • Experience working with budgets, marginality, contracts, and invoices
  • Hands-on experience in business and contract negotiations, in defining business terms in contracts


  • Plan, manage, and monitor the project’s execution. Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget
  • Supervise services and project delivery by active leadership of the PM team. Ensure projects’ start, tailoring, and delivery according to the best-fit delivery model and best project management practices
  • Be an entrepreneur and act as the customer’s agent by developing customer relations and business insights, proposing extra services that customers may need
  • Participate in pre-sale and up-sale on your current account
  • Drive continuous improvements within the Competence Center and contribute to the process and company development through PMO and PM training input
  • Work with business units and stakeholders to determine project vision and goals, product functionality
  • Contribute to the project’s life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project achievements, etc.
  • Be responsible for the AWS partnership development to drive the following activities:
  • Track all internal projects for the possibilities
  • Project Identification
    Identify projects aligning with the criteria and characteristics of the AWS Partnership program
    Evaluate projects to ensure they meet the program’s standards and objectives
  • Team Alignment
    Engage with DevOps team members associated with the identified projects ​​​​​​​Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders and the AWS team
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Program Alignment
    Ensure that the projects selected align well with the goals and guidelines of the AWS Partnership program
    Provide insights or recommendations to optimize project alignment with AWS standards
  • Documentation and Reporting
    Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project assessments, communications, and technical requirements
    Generate reports outlining  partnership program initiatives’ progress, challenges, and successes
    ​​​​​​​Collaboration with AWS Teams
  • Work closely with various AWS teams to address technical queries, requirements, or challenges related to the partnered projects
