We are looking for a Business Assistant who will act as the executive vice president’s first point of contact and help achieve his primary duties.

The main responsibilities of the Business Assistant include providing the Executive Vice President and the Business team with information and support at any time, performing researches, data collections, and analysis, ensuring the smooth running of different company processes, and working closely with existing staff. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with creativity and attention to details.   • Ability to work confidently alongside board-level executives
  • Initiative with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
  • Ability to manage a high workload with strict deadlines and prioritize important tasks over others
  • Ability to analyze and compile a large amount of data and come up with conclusive results
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the IT field is desirable
  • At least an Upper – Intermediate level of English

  • Organizing and attending mics events and meetings, producing follow-up notes
