Strong Middle/Senior Business Analyst

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Fluent level of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good level of German with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience managing user stories, sprints, and backlogs
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for managing Agile processes and documentation
• Demonstrated success in excelling within a fast-paced, global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Getting things done oriented

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Knowledge of one or more business domains
• Experience in the logistics domain

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements in alignment with strategic objectives

• Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA engineers, and designers to ensure a clear understanding and implementation of business requirements in Agile software development cycles

• Conduct workshops and meetings to capture and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items

• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions

• Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.

• Conduct demo meetings to show the delivered value

• Create user manuals for end users

• Support customer and team during UAT testing

• Successfully engage in multiple projects/assignments simultaneously

• Participate in new bids preparation (technical and commercial proposals for new projects) and other company activities, such as interviews, performance reviews, workshops, etc.
