Your major goals as a Social Media Marketing expert will be enhancing our recruitment marketing strategy with SMM-related activities to target in-demand talent and convince them that they should apply to work in our company.

You will work closely with our Recruiting, PR, Marketing, and Design teams, design SMM strategy that will authentically express company culture, attract relevant candidates and address Sigma Software hiring goals, run and optimize targeted ads, monitor results and optimize Sigma Software SMM activities, ToV, channels, key messages, etc.


  • 2-3 years in Social Media Marketing
  • Good knowledge of IT market or willingness to learn about it
  • Strategical thinking, great analytical skills, and the ability to elaborate an idea into a fully-fledged campaign
  • Experience in day-to-day content (video, graphics, and text) creation, its optimization for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and publishing across those channels
  • Experience in creating and managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in creating and managing targeted ads
  • Understanding of social media KPIs and hands-on experience with analytics tools
  • Proactive approach, good multitasking, and self-management ability
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English


  • Communicate regularly with Recruitment team to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Develop and manage social media marketing strategy focused on attracting high-quality candidates according to our hiring needs and goals
  • Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and features (e.g. promotions and competitions) to enhance engagement and performance
  • Understand target audience and leverage social media channels to increase reach and size of key audience segments
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
  • In cooperation with the design team develop high-performing copy (video, graphics, and texts) that is inline with our brand strategy and optimized for each social channel
  • Run day-to-day organic social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and optimization (both for external and internal social media)
  • Plan, budget, launch, monitor, and optimize targeted ads
  • Work closely with brand ambassadors and communities to increase engagement and conversion
  • Regularly measure and report on all social media activities against established benchmarks and KPIs; identify improvement points, suggest and implement optimizations
